		<description>I think there are few things to make the skype app perfect, so can The Skype developers put them on the next release please?

1. The new chat alert sound like on desktop
2. A background process to keep up the login to receive chat messages or calls.

I think to implement number one is very reasonable and  number 2 could be a good thought.</description>
